Toplify (the "App") is developed by FOP Chuta Dmytro ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and limit data processing to what is needed to operate the App.

2. No account or registration
Toplify does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or location in order to use the App.
3. Data we process to provide alerts
Toplify lets you follow App Store applications and receive ranking notifications. If you choose to enable notifications, our server stores the following limited information:
- An anonymous Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token. This token allows us to deliver notifications to your device. It does not reveal your name, email address, or Apple Account to us.
- The App Store IDs of applications you choose to track and your alert configuration. This information tells the service which ranking events to send to that anonymous device token. You may track any public App Store application; an App Store ID does not establish that you own or use that application.
We use this information only to operate Toplify's ranking-alert service. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or to identify you.
4. Local storage and optional iCloud sync
Your tracked applications, preferences, and App settings are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, Toplify uses Apple CloudKit and your private CloudKit database to synchronize this information across your own devices.
We do not operate or have access to your private CloudKit database. CloudKit is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's own privacy practices and terms.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Toplify may offer a one-time lifetime purchase and auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment-card number, billing address, or other payment details. Apple only lets the App check whether a purchase or subscription is active so that paid features can be available to you.
Because Apple is the payment processor and manages App Store transactions, we cannot issue refunds or access your payment records. To request a refund, please use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Refund eligibility and decisions are determined by Apple.
6. Third-party services and data sharing
Toplify uses Apple services required to provide the App's functionality: APNs for notifications, CloudKit for optional private iCloud synchronization, and the App Store for purchases.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, or marketing trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
7. Notifications and your choices
Notifications are optional. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings. When notifications are disabled, Toplify will no longer use the device token to send you ranking alerts.

8. Children's privacy
Toplify is not directed to children. Because we do not collect account information or knowingly identify users, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information used for notifications. Your App settings remain on your device or, if enabled by you, in your private Apple CloudKit database.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves or when required by law. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
11. Apple Standard EULA
Toplify uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and conditions.
